IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS

A. A yellow level 2 warning: Damaging Waves resulting in localised disruption of small harbours and ports for a short period, is expected between Cannon Rocks and Kosi Bay.

FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:

A. Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in the Kagisano-Molopo Local Municipality in the North-West Province.

Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool with morning fog in the east

MPUMALANGA

Temperature: Cloudy in the east with morning drizzle and fog along the escarpment, otherwise parlty cloudy and cold to cool, becoming fine over the Highveld by afternoon.

LIMPOPO

Temperature: Cloudy in the east with morning drizzle and fog along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy cool to warm.

NORTH WEST

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm.

FREE STATE

Temperature: Cloudy in the east at first, otherwise fine and cold to cool.

NORTHERN CAPE

Temperature: Morning frost in places in the south, otherwise fine and cool to warm.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south to south-easterly.

WESTERN CAPE

Temperature: Morning frost over the interior, otherwise fine and cool to cold but warm over the northern parts of the west coast.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light and variable along the south coast in the morning, otherwise fresh to strong easterly to south-easterly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.

EASTERN CAPE

The Western half: Frost over the interior in the morning, otherwise fine and cold to cool, but cloudy in places along the coast in the morning.

The Western half – The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh westerly, becoming light to moderate south-easterly in the afternoon.

The Eastern half: Frost over the interior in the morning, otherwise fine and cold, but partly cloudy and cool in places along the coast.

The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly, becoming light north-easterly from the evening.

KWAZULU-NATAL

Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers and rain in the north-east, but fine in the south-west.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate southerly to south-westerly
